From 10 AM to 5:30 PM – Retrieval of jersey and drop-off of materials
The competitors must confirm their presence at the race the day beforehand between 10 AM and 5:30 PM directly at Nautic Paris Boat Show (Spot Nautic - Hall 1), which will take place at the Parc des Expositions at the Porte de Versailles, Paris (15th arrondissement).
To access the site, 2 admissions will be provided at the time of online registration.
In addition, participants can leave their board for the organization to load onto trucks. Stickers will be provided to participants so they can identify their property.
6:30 PM – Briefing for the race
The briefing for the race also takes place in Hall 1 of the Parc des Expositions. It is necessary so as to review procedures for the start of the race, specific measures for navigating the Seine river, security, etc.
Round #1 – all competitors
Round #1 on the Seine river is a fleet race, with a "mass start.” The times to be observed are as follows:

Round #2 – reserved for top professionals
Round #2 brings together the best times (male and female) from competitors of the PRO division during Round #1. They will compete for the title in a relay race with teams of 6 (4 men/2 women) in a friendly atmosphere of the pool area at Spot Nautic (70m x 10m) located in Hall 1.

It is strongly advised to warm-up properly (movements, stretches, etc.). It is important to note that falling into cold water can lead to physiological complications (including hypothermia).
Approximately fifteen vessels will be available to provide assistance to competitors and the Race Directors. A pontoon boat will serve to pick up those who fall out of the race and will be behind the fleet.
The River Squad (Brigade Fluviale) police boats are not a part of the arrangements above but can be called on to intervene in the event of any dangerous or urgent situations. Their instructions must be followed immediately and unconditionally.
It is strongly recommended to wear neoprene booties and to have a 5-meter towrope.
